Why Candygf App exists
Candygf App started from a simple observation: most people do not want a search box, they want someone to talk to. A companion who asks how the day went, who remembers the name of the project you keep postponing, and who is happy to spend an hour building an imaginary city with you.
Every personality here is written by hand before it is ever published. That means a biography, a manner of speaking, a set of interests and a clear idea of how the character behaves when a conversation turns serious. Nothing is generated on the fly and dropped online without editing.
Our approach
Three principles guide the work at Candygf App. Conversation should feel unhurried. Characters should stay consistent from one session to the next. And the tone should stay tasteful, warm and free of pressure.
We build for adults who want relaxed company: people working late, people living abroad, people who simply enjoy writing stories with a partner who never gets tired. There are no streaks to maintain and no reason to feel guilty about a long absence.
What we do not do
None of the personalities on Candygf App represents a real individual, and none of the portraits depicts a real person. We do not publish explicit material, we do not sell conversation data, and we do not pretend that a written character is a substitute for professional support when someone needs it.
The people behind it
A small writing and design team maintains the line-up, edits the biographies and reads every message that arrives through the contact form. Suggestions from readers are the most common source of new profiles.
